Global British Passports (ABN 88 687 719 866) is the registered trading name of LKMST Pty Ltd (ACN: 687 719 866), an Australian private company. In these Terms, “Global British Passports”,
“we”, “our”, and “us” refer to LKMST Pty Ltd trading as Global
British Passports.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the globalbritishpassports.com website and the services we provide.
By accessing our website, submitting an application, or making payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Services

By completing an online form and paying the required fees, you are purchasing a service from Global British Passports. Global British Passports is an independent document assistance service that provides expert guidance for the British passport application process. We are not affiliated with His Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO). You may apply directly through official government websites. Our service is intended for those who want professional support to avoid delays, errors, or rejections.

2. Scope of Responsibility

Global British Passports is not involved in the decision-making process of His Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO). While we use our expertise to assist, we cannot guarantee the success of your application. We are not liable for delays or additional requests made by the His Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO). You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and legible.

3. Communication

All communication is primarily conducted via email. You may also contact us through our secure online contact form or request a callback where available. By providing your contact details, you consent to receive updates about your application and related services.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is securely stored and only used for the purposes of processing your application. Your information is deleted once your service is complete or after a defined retention period. We do not print or store paper copies. Data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We comply with Australian privacy laws and, where applicable, the UK GDPR.

5. Application Deadlines and Inactivity

Once your application has been submitted to His Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO), we encourage you to send your supporting documents promptly. We set a 75 -day deadline from the date of our document request. If you do not provide the required documents within this period, your application may be withdrawn, and no refund will be issued. If there is no communication from you for more than 6 months after payment, we will consider your file inactive and securely delete your personal information. In some cases, we may offer to reactivate your case at our discretion. Reactivation is not guaranteed and depends on our availability and data retention policies.

6. Fees and Refunds

All fees are clearly listed before submission. By submitting an order form, you agree to these fees. After this period, a 25% non-refundable processing fee applies. Once your application has been submitted to the passport office and fees have been paid to HMPO, no refund is available. If your service is cancelled, your data will be deleted and the application voided.

7. Accuracy of Website Content

We strive to ensure all content is accurate and up to date. However, official requirements may change. We are not liable for inaccuracies. Please notify us if you spot outdated information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LKMST Pty Ltd t/a Global British Passports is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income, opportunity, data, or time, arising from the use of our services. We do not accept liability for decisions or delays made by the His Majesty’s Passport Office (HMPO) or any third-party providers beyond our control.

9. Use of Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services such as email platforms, file upload tools, analytics, and couriers. We are not responsible for disruptions or delays caused by these services.

10. Important Notice

Do not make travel arrangements until your new passport is received. We are not liable for any loss incurred due to processing delays.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyse site traffic, personalise content, and deliver targeted advertising. These tools include, but are not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel. These may collect IP address, device type, browser type, geographic location, and site usage data. 16. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you confirm that all information provided is true, complete, and correct; you authorise Global British Passports to assist with your British passport application and act on your behalf; you have read and agreed to the Terms & Privacy Policy; you consent to our processing of your data under privacy laws; and you are responsible for timely communication and documentation provision.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LKMST Pty Ltd t/a Global British Passports, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from false or incomplete information provided, any breach of these Terms, or misuse of the services provided.

18. Applications for Minors

Where the applicant is under the age of 16, the parent or legal guardian completing the application on their behalf represents and warrants that they have legal authority to do so. By submitting an application for a minor, the parent or guardian authorises Global Passports to assist with the preparation and submission of the minor’s British passport application and to act on the minor’s behalf where appropriate. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
